Hi There, I'm Mapi!

I’m originally from Peru, a bilingual leadership coach, trainer, and storyteller!

I’m passionate about people, a natural encourager, and a lifelong learner. I care deeply about effective communication and creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and able to thrive.

I believe leadership is an inside job. I love helping leaders gain clarity, understand what’s really going on, tackle the things that need to be addressed, and become leaders worth following.

And the best part? I get to do this in both English and Spanish. One of my favorite things!

Very into: meaningful conversations, gathering people around a table, and making people feel at home. My faith in Jesus shapes the way I see people and the way I do this work. And then there’s the rest of me: a wife to Chris, a mom to three girls, and a woman who really cares about people.​

I bring all of that into every room I walk into.
